These Guidelines accompany Bradford’s Policy Statement of Good Practice in Working with Volunteers. They offer in-depth guidance to each of the areas referred to in the statement in order to assist volunteer-involving organisations in Bradford in implementing the Statement.

These guidelines can be used in conjunction with the Good Practice Workbook which is included with is pack. The Workbook is a practical tool to help organisations identify and prioritise their work in relation to developing good practice in volunteer involvement as well as providing practical implementation plans.
